Who is Order Kitchen for?
Restaurants, cafés and takeaways that take online orders and bookings through an Order Kitchen–powered website. The app is used by the owner and kitchen staff.
How do I get a login?
Accounts are created for your business during setup. If you’re a staff member, ask your manager for access. Business owners can contact us at support@orderkitchen.com.au.
Can I manage more than one restaurant?
Yes. If your login is linked to several stores you’ll choose one after signing in, and can switch any time from the header or Manage → Switch Store.
Does it work on tablets?
Yes. The app adapts to phones and tablets on Android and iOS — many kitchens run it on a counter tablet.
What if I forget my password?
Tap “Forgot password?” on the sign-in screen. We email you a 6-digit code to set a new password.
How do I delete my account?
In the app go to Manage → Account → Delete Account, or follow the steps on our account deletion page.
